Important Notice: Please make yourself familiar with the house rules, especially the hot tub rules. If there are any issues with the house that need addressed when you arrive (cleaning, equipment/ appliance problems, etc.), you need to let me know within two hours of your checkin. If not, I may not be able to assist you until the next day. To access the internet, click STARLINK.

Hot Tub: Children under 12 ARE NOT PERMITTED in the hot tub at anytime. NO GRASS in the hot tub; guests are expected to wipe off their feet. Guests will receive a $300 charge if grass, chemical(s), beverages or anything else, making it unusable without properly draining it and putting in new chemicals back in, is all through the hot tub. Please remember that there are certain health risks associated with using a hot tub; adults may use at their own risk. If you have health concerns or are pregnant, do not use the hot tub. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER; KEEP THE HOT TUB COVERED with both covers when not being used. NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE HOT TUB. DO NOT place the hot tub cover in the yard. These things help keep it clean and hot so it functions properly when you want to use it.

Heating System: KEEP ALL DOORS SHUT. DO NOT set the heating and cooling system to extreme temperatures to remain energy efficient and keep the system functioning properly. Keep temperatures between 68 and 74 degrees. If you change the temperature, just cancel the hold you created on the thermostat to change the temperature back to its normal schedule. DO NOT go into my thermostat and reprogram my schedule!

NO PETS INSIDE: Unless you have a pre-approved service dog or permission from myself as the owner, DO NOT bring pets in my rental without my permission. If this occurs you will be charged and may risk being asked to leave.

Garbage: When departing, put ALL GARBAGE in GARBAGE BAGS ONLY. DO NOT PLACE LOOSE GARBAGE or small plastic bags of trash in my trash cans outside. The garbage company WILL NOT TAKE away anything loose or less than 13 galloon bags. If this house rule is not followed, a $100 garbage fee will be charged for trash pickup and re-bagging. 

Upon Your Departure: please make sure to do the following: sign out of any apps on the television, check for any loose materials under the bed, make sure all personal electronics are collected from outlets, put away house items use, wash dishes and clean countertops, strip beds of sheets (NOT COMFORTERS), place towels and linens in the laundry room leaving comforters in the bedrooms (linens will be counted to ensure all were returned), turn the hot tub temperature down to 98°, cancel the hold on the house thermostat if you changed the temperature during your stay.

Propane Grill: I no longer provide propane due to rising costs. If you did not bring Propane yourself, you can either buy it at the Dollar Store in Confluence or I can provide it for a fee, however, you must give me at least 24 hours to provide it. Please do not put charcoal in the gas grill; It is not made for charcoal. If this occurs you will be charged for its replacement and delivery. 

Written Exceptions: The homeowners Brandy Freese, is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises of Yough Mountain House, LLC.. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
